my little brother is going to a school disco tonight with his girlfriend and he’s insisted on taking her some flowers and a little love note and he’s really excited about the ‘boy and girl couple’ dance at the end and it’s so cute i’m going to explode

I don’t know, I was going to ask about a replacement but this is just becoming much more effort than I expected. Also, they have barely been in contact, they only replied to me once I had attempted to contact them three times. Then I had to contact them...
ANOTHER post re: GLW, they have now replied telling me to try and trim and fix the poor quality wig they have provided me with myself.
I don’t see why I should have to fix a wig that
I paid a premium price for (the style of my wig is more expensive than any of their others)
Is inconsistant in quality to the same style wig (but in a different colour) I bought from them a few months ago.

It’s been 2 weeks since I first contacted Gothic Lolita Wigs about a faulty wig they sent me and in that time they have replied once to 4 messages I have sent. Not very impressed.
